Our Fee Structure

1. Initial Consultation

We offer an initial consultation, typically lasting between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on the complexity of the matter. During this meeting, we review your circumstances, discuss your immigration options, and outline the next steps.

Our fee for an initial consultation ranges from £300 to £500, depending on the complexity of your case. This fee covers the time spent discussing your matter, identifying the most appropriate immigration application, and assessing whether you meet the relevant criteria.

Applications and Immigration Matters

For most immigration applications and related matters, we offer a fixed fee arrangement to provide certainty and transparency. Once we have discussed your case during the initial consultation, we will provide a written quote for the agreed scope of work.

The cost of the service we agree upon is fixed and will not be varied upwards or downwards for the specific service for which we have been instructed. This gives you peace of mind and confidence in managing your budget.

Our fixed fee covers:

Reviewing and assessing supporting documents
Preparing and submitting your application
Responding to any Home Office queries (if any arise)
Supporting you until a decision is received on your application

The fixed fee that is quoted to you will vary depending on factors such as:
